Abstract:
The present study focus the party phenomen question in Islam, its historic roots, its evolution in recent decennies, and the important problematic that opposed the political parties in generally and the Islamic parties in partiality, as well as the identity question and this complicities, and the resolution of the modern state building crisis. Then, we address the Turkish model of the development and justice party as case study, the dynamic and the achievements of this party in the intern and extern levels, and we present some explications and reflections relative the rule experience of this party on the successive three parliamentary mandates. Finally, we abordate the possibility of the generalization the Turkish approach in the political party experience in the Arabic and Islamic world, after the recent political and popular movement that the Arab country has know |
