Following the adoption by the Algerian legislature of the principle of freedom
of competition under decree 03-03 related to competition in order introduce legal mechanisms to combat anti-competitive practices, including, most notably, arbitrary practices of dominance or market monopoly, abuse of economic dependency, arbitrarily reduced sales, this is in the interest of reducing these practices that freely affect economic aid in competition and in the time, the economic interests of the consumer. |
