الملخص :
ساهمت الثورة الرقمية والتقدم الهائل عبر وسائل الاتصال في الانتشار السريع للجرائم الالكترونية الأمر الذي بات يشكل خطر دقیقا على الأفراد وأمن الدولة وحرص المشرع الجزائري على مواجهة هذه التحديات تم استحدات آليات جديدة تهدف الى التصدي إلى تلك الجرائم و الحد منها من أبرزها إنشاء القطب الجزائي الوطني المتخصص مكافحة هذا النوع من الجرائم Abstract The digital revolution and the tremendous advances in means of communication have contributed to the rapid spread of cybercrimes, which now pose a serious and precise threat to individuals and state security. The Algerian legislator has been keen to confront these challenges by introducing new mechanisms aimed at combating and limiting such crimes, most notably the establishment of the National Specialized Criminal Division to combat this type of crime. |
