الملخص
تهدف هده الدراسة الى توضيح رقمنة السياسات التعليمية في الجزائر باعتبار مسالة التعليم من اهم أولويات السياسة الوطنية؛ بحيث ترى الدولة انه ركيزة أساسية لتحقيق التنمية إدا ما تم الاستتمار في العنصر البشري بطريقة هادفة لتحقيق أفضل المخرجات الممكنة؛ ولبلوغ ذلك أصبح من الضرورة تفعيل فكرة تطبيق الرقمنة الذي تعتبر من انجح الوسائل لتوفير بيئة تعليمية ثرية. ومن هدا المنطلق سعت وزارة التربية الوطنية الى ضرورة إدخال التكنولوجيا الحديثة لمختلف مؤسساتها في كافة الاطوار التعليمية بالانتقال من الاساليب التقليدية في أداء المهام والوظائف لتقديمها رقميا، وتحويل الخدمات الأساسية المرتبطة بالاساتذة والتلاميذ والاولياء إلى شكل رقمي ذكي. هذا ما يعزز وجود معيار جودة التعليم في المؤسسات التعليمية. Abstract This study aims to clarify the digitization of educational policies in Algeria, as the issue of education is one of the most important priorities of the national policy; the state believes that it is a basic pillar for achieving development if the human element is invested in a targeted manner to achieve the best possible outcomes; to achieve this, it became necessary to activate the idea of applying digitization, which is considered one of the most successful means to provide a rich educational environment. From this point of view, the Ministry of National Education has sought to introduce modern technology to its various institutions in all educational stages by moving from traditional methods of performing tasks and functions to provide them digitally, and transforming basic services related to teachers, students and parents into a smart digital form. This enhances the quality of education in educational institutions. |
