Abstract : The issue of consumer protection isconsidered one of the most important topicsbecauseitisrelated to a widecategory of society, whichis a categoryConsumers, as the consumer, whois the most important member of the consumptionwheel, entersinto commercial transactions daily in order to meethisneeds, which in many cases makeshimvulnerable to fraud.
