الملخص:
تعتبر البيئة الغابية ضرورية لبقاء البشرية وتتميز الجزائر بتنوع غاباتها ووظائفها من إقتصادية والجمالية وغيرها من الوظائف التي تتميز بها، هذا الأمر الذي تطلب الحفاظ عليها من كل اعتداء وتدمير لعناصرها من جهة ولأهميتها من جهة ثانية فقد تولى المشرع الجزائري لحمايتها بمقتضى قانون الغابات والثروات الغابية 23-21، وتسليط العقوبات المختلفة لمختلف الجرائم الماسة بها. وبهذا الصدد أصدر المشرع الغابي نصوص جديدة بموجب قانون 23-21 المتضمن قانون الغابات والثروة الغابية يضمن حماية الجزائية للغابات. Summary: The forest environment is essential for the survival of humanity, and Algeria is characterised by the diversity of its forests and their economic, aesthetic and other functions. This requires preserving them from any aggression and destruction of their elements on the one hand, and because of their importance on the other hand, the Algerian legislator has taken care to protect them under the Forests and Forest Resources Law 23-21, and to impose different penalties for various offences against them. In this regard, the forestry legislator issued new provisions under Law 23-21, which includes the Forestry and Forest Resources Law, guaranteeing the criminal protection of forests. |
