ملخص
إن جوهر التطبيع العربي مع الكيان الصهيوني ومساره وشروطه هو تصفية القضية الفلسطينية وليس حلها، وتوفير لحظة تاريخية للفلسطينيين للتحول من المقاومة إلى الخضوع والقبول بما يُعرض عليهم كما تحاول ”صفقة القرن“ أن تفعل. وبالإضافة إلى تعزيز الرؤية الصهيونية للحل الفلسطيني، فقد أنتجت المبادرة أيضاً مكاسب إضافية للكيان الصهيوني من حيث: تمكين الكيان من جني فوائد اقتصادية من محيطه العربي، وتحسين مكانته الدولية خاصة مع الدول الداعمة للقضية الفلسطينية، وكل ذلك دون أن يضطر الصهاينة إلى تقديم أي تنازلات. كما تستند إستراتيجية التطبيع مع الكيان الصهيوني إلى فهم عميق للمشهد العربي المعاصر واستغلاله لتحقيق الأهداف المذكورة أعلاه. فالتطبيع الصهيوني، يهدف إلى التعامل مع قضية غير استراتيجية (السلام مع الدول العربية)، للوصول إلى الهدف الستراتيجي الصهيوني في الهيمنة على العرب. Abstract The essence of Arab normalisation with the Zionist entity, its course and conditions, is to liquidate the Palestinian issue, not to solve it, and to provide a historical moment for the Palestinians to shift from resistance to submission and acceptance of what is offered to them, as the ‘Deal of the Century’ is trying to do. In addition to strengthening the Zionist vision of the Palestinian solution, the initiative has also produced additional gains for the Zionist entity in terms of: Enabling the entity to reap economic benefits from its Arab surroundings, and improving its international standing, especially with countries that support the Palestinian cause, all without the Zionists having to make any concessions. The normalisation strategy with the Zionist entity is based on a deep understanding of the contemporary Arab scene and its exploitation to achieve the aforementioned goals. Zionist normalisation aims to deal with a non-strategic issue (peace with the Arab countries), in order to reach the Zionist strategic goal of hegemony over the Arabs. |
