الملخص:
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل الإطار المفاهيمي والقانوني لحماية المعلومات المصنفة والوثائق الإلكترونية في البيئة الرقمية، وفي هذا السياق تناولت الدراسة في فصلها الأول تحديد المفاهيم الأساسية للمعلومات المصنفة والوثائق الإلكترونية ضمن البيئة الرقمية. بينما ركز الفصل الثاني على استعراض الآليات القانونية لحمايتها، والتي تشمل جوانب وقائية وجزائية. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن المشرع الجزائري قد بادر إلى إرساء منظومة قانونية تسعى لتوفير حماية فعالة لهذه المعلومات والوثائق من خلال الجمع بين الإجراءات الاحترازية والعقوبات الرادعة. Summary: This study aimed to analyze the conceptual and legal framework for the protection of classified information and electronic documents in the digital environment. In this context, the first chapter addressed the fundamental concepts related to classified information and electronic documents within the digital space. The second chapter focused on examining the legal mechanisms for their protection, which include both preventive and punitive aspects. The study concluded that the Algerian legislator has undertaken to establish a legal framework intended to ensure effective protection for such information and documents, by combining precautionary measures with deterrent sanctions. |
