ملخص
تُعدّالمحمياتالطبيعيةجزءًالايتجزأمنالبيئةالطبيعيةفيدولالعالمعامة،وفيالجزائرخاصة،حيثتُعَدّمنأكثرالمجالاتاللطيفةالتيتؤثرعليهابالتدريج،باختلالالتوازنالبيئيلماتحتويهمنمكوناتحيويةونباتاتوحيواناتنادرة. ولهذاالسبب،خصّصتلهاحمايةخاصةعنطريقالقوانينالدوليةوالوطنية. وقدصنفتالجزائرهذهالبيئة،أكثرمنغيرها،ضمنقانونخاصبهاتمثلفيالقانونرقم 11-02 ضمنالمجالاتالمحميةفيإطارالتنميةالاجتماعية. وقدأسهمتتصنيفاتالمحمياتالطبيعيةفيكيفيةالمحافظةعليهاضمنإطارالسياسةالشاملة،وفقًالمبادئالتنميةالمستدامة. ولذاجاءالقانونرقم 03-10 المتعلقبالبيئةفيهذاالإطارالقانوني،فجعلمنموضوعالمحمياتالطبيعيةموضوعًارئيسيًافيحمايةالبيئةمنخلالهذاالإطارالقانونيهذهالمحميات،وبياندورهافيحمايةالبيئةبشكلعام،وخاصةفيالجزائر. Abstract : Nature reserves are an intégral part of the natural environment in countries around the world in general, and in Algeria in particular, where they are considère among the most delicate areas, gradually being affected by environmental imbalance due to the biological components, rare plants, and animals they contain. For this reason, they have been granted special protection through international and national laws. Algeria, more than any other country, has classified this environment within its own law, Law No. 11-02, as a protected area within the framework of social development. The classifications of nature reserves have contributed to their préservations within the framework of a compréhensives policy, in accordance with the principles of sustainable development. Law No. 03-10 on the Environment thus came within this legal framework, making the subject of nature reserves a central theme in environmental protection. Through this legal framework, these reserves are defined, and their role in protecting the environment in general, particularly in Algeria. |
