Abstract:
order 21/ 01 représentent an important step in strenthening the Legol for prisondentiale élection in Algeria by removing the adminstration from the électoral process complettely and granting broad powers to the national election autority with local and foreign extention the letter is an effetctive legal mechanism fort préparing ad supervising the électoral process For présidency of the République from bigining to end. The constitutional founder has provided for another méchanisme représented constitutional cours whish considers rolated to the rejection of a candidacy position of the president of the republic ,The legal méchanisme have been established to ensure the transparency integrity of all stage of the prison presidentiale electoral process , as well as to restore citizens confidence in the electoral process And those who conduct it. |
