الملخص:
التحكيم التجاري الدولي وسيلة لفض النزاعات الدولية، وهو طريق تلجأ إليه الدول بما فيها الجزائر لحل نزاعاتها التجارية الدولية، لم يتميز به من سرعة ومرونة، ولهذا الطريق إجراءات خاصة تميزه عن القضاء الوطني. قد ينتهي بصدور حكم يسمى حكم التحكيم الدولي، هذا الحكم له طرق خاصة به من حيث الطعن. Sommary: International commercial arbitration is a means of resolving international disputes. It is a method used by countries, including Algeria, to resolve their international commercial disputes. It is characterized by its speed and flexibility, and this method has special procedures that distinguish it from national courts. It may result in the issuance of a judgment called an international arbitration award, which has its own methods of appeal. |
