الملخص
تناولت الدراسة مفهوم البيئة من خلال تعريفها وذكر أهم عناصرها، باعتبارها من القضايا التي أصبحت تكتسب أهمية بالغة من طرف المجتمع الدولي، نتيجة الخطر نتج عن استخدامات العسكرية للطاقة النووية، مما أدى بهذا الأخير للسعي لوضع حد لها لنشر الأمن والسلم والاستقرار وحماية للبيئة ومواردها الطبيعية، من خلال إبرام اتفاقيات ومعاهدات بين الدول الحائزة للسلاح النووي، ولتطبيقها وتنفيذها كان لابد على المجتمع الدولي وضع أجهزة دولية تتمثل في المنظمات الدولية. Abstract : The study dealt with the concept of the environment by defining it and mentioning its most important elements, as it is one of the issues that have become of great importance to the international community, as a result of the danger resulting from the military uses of nuclear energy, which led the latter to seek to put an end to it to spread security, peace and stability and protect the environment and its natural resources, by concluding agreements and treaties between countries that possess nuclear weapons, and to implement them, the international community had to establish international organs represented by international organizations. |
