In our study of parliamentary oversight, we note that the Algerian constitutionnel system keeps pace with développements in démocratique systèmes, and that it has sufficiently développe légal textes that empower Parlaient to exercice oversight over gouvernement actions by constantly inquilin about the implémentation of its Works program, white taking intro account the provisions of the Constitution and the propre functioning of state institutions . |
