الملخص:
تعد التنمية المحلية من الركائز الأساسية لتحقيق الاستقرار الاجتماعي والاقتصادي في أي دولة ، إذ تهدف إلى تحسين المستوى المعيشي للسكان وتعزيز الرفاهية العامة ، وفي الجزائر شهدت السنوات الأخيرة استحداث ولايات منتدبة كآلية إدارية تهدف إلى تقريب الإدارة من المواطن وتحقيق تنمية متوازنة و شاملة ، غير أن هذه الولايات المنتدبة تواجه تحديات عدة تؤثر سلبا على جهود التنمية في حين تزخر أيضا بمقومات وإمكانيات معتبرة يمكن استغلالها لتجاوز هذه المعوقات ، برؤية إستراتيجية متكاملة ، تعتمد على إصلاح الأطر القانونية و الإدارية ، وتحسين القدرات البشرية مع التركيز على تشجيع الاستثمار المحلي وتحقيق العدالة المجالية. الأطر القانونية والإدارية: التنمية المحلية: الجزائر،: Local Development in the Mandate States: Strengths and constraints A Case Study of Timimoun State ABSTRACT: Local development is one of the main pillars of social and economic stability in any country, as it aims to improve the standard of living of the population and promote public welfare.
