الملخص :
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إزالة الضبابية والغموض حول موضوع سياسات التنموية في الجزائر مابعد 2019،إذ تعد سياسات التنمية الركيزة الأساسية لتحقيق التقدم والإزدهار في أي دولة،ولاتخرج الجزائر عن هذا الإطار ،حيث سعت الحكومات المتعاقبة إلى تبني خطط وبرامج تنموية تهدف إلى تحقيق الإنتعاش الإقتصادي والرفاه الإجتماعي ،عرفت الجزائر مابعد 2019 تحديات وتحولات عالمية ومحلية من تداعيات الحراك الشعبي و جائحة كوفيد19 إلى تقلبات أسعار المحروقات ،كل هاته المتغيرات كانت عقبات أمام البرامج التنموية، إلا أن أغلب المشاريع جسدت بنسب معينة وحققت النجاح في المجال الإجتماعي بتطوير مناطق الظل وحتى الإقتصادي بتنمية قطاع الفلاحة ومساهمته في تعزيز مداخيل الخزينة كل هاته النتائج المحققة ساهمت في تحسين ظروف عيش المواطنين ودفع الإقتصاد الجزائري نحو الإقتصاديات الناشئة . Abstract : This study aims to remove the ambiguity and uncertainty surrounding development policies in Algeria post-2019. Development policies are the fundamental pillar for achieving progress and prosperity in any country, and Algeria is no exception to this framework. Successive governments have sought to adopt development plans and programs aimed at achieving economic recovery and social well-being. Post-2019, Algeria has experienced global and local challenges and transformations, from the repercussions of the popular movement and the COVID-19 pandemic to fluctuating fuel prices. All of these variables have posed obstacles to development programs. However, most projects have materialized to a certain extent and achieved success in the social sphere, developing shadow areas, and even in the economic sphere, developing the agricultural sector and its contribution to boosting treasury revenues. All of these achieved results have contributed to improving citizens' living conditions and propelling the Algerian economy toward emerging economies. |
