الملخص:
تمثل ظاهرة ازدواجية المعايير في تطبيق القانون الدولي تحديا كبيرا للعدالة والمساواة التي تدعيها دول العالم خاصة الكبرى منها في تطبيق القانون الدولي في الكثير من قضايا النزاعات الدولية والحروب. وظهر ذلك جليا للعالم في التعامل مع أحدث قضيتين في السياسة الدولية حرب أوكرانيا وحرب غزة ،حيث عرفت هذه الأخيرة انتهاكا صارخا لكل القواعد القانونية و الجنائية و الإنسانية و الأخلاقية أمام صمت المجتمع الدولي. بل وحتى تبرير ودعم الاحتلال الإسرائيلي وانتهاكاته و حمايته من المحاسبة. أماحرب أوكرانيا فتجلت فيها كل أنواع التمييز والتحيز للجنس الأبيض والدفاع المستميت والتحالفات المشتركة و العقوبات والدعم الإعلامي و الحرص على تطبيق القانون الدولي بإدانة عدوان روسيا وتجريم مسؤوليها،ما جعل العالم اليوم يقف موقف التساؤل عن فاعلية وجدوى القانون الدولي الذي أصبح يطبق بمعايير مزدوجةفي نزاعات متشابه ،ويوظف من أجل خدمة مصالح الدول الكبرى وليس من اجل إقامة عدل دولي. Duality of Standards in International Law: The Case of Gaza and Ukraine Abstract The phenomenon of double standards in the application of international law represents a major challenge to the justice and equality claimed by the countries of the world, especially the major ones, in the application of international law in many cases of international conflicts and wars. This was evident to the world in dealing with the two most recent cases in International politics the Ukraine war and the Gaza wars, where the latter witnessed a flagrant violation of all legal, criminal, humanitarian and ethical rules in front of the silence of the international community and even justifying and supporting the Israeli occupation and its violations and protecting it from accountability instead. As for the war in Ukraine, it embodied all kinds of discrimination and prejudice towards the white race, desperate defense, joint alliances, sanctions, media support and concern for the application of international law by condemning Russia's aggression and criminalizing its officials. making the world today question This led the world today to take a questioning standpoint on the effectiveness and usefulness of international law, which has become applied with double dual standards norms in similar conflicts and is has been used to serve the interests of major countries and not for rather than the establishment of International Justice. |
