ملخص
تُعد الطفولة مرحلة حساسة تؤسس لفكر ووجدان الإنسان، وقد حظيت بعناية كبيرة في الإسلام وفي المواثيق الدولية، أبرزها اتفاقية حقوق الطفل لعام 1989. الجزائر صادقت على هذه الاتفاقية عام 1992 وسعت لتعزيز حماية الطفولة عبر منظومة قانونية متكاملة، منها المادة 71 من دستور 2020 والقانون 15/12 الخاص بحماية حقوق الطفل. رغم ذلك، ما تزال حماية الطفل في الجزائر بحاجة إلى تطوير لمواجهة المخاطر المحتملة. وتكمن أهمية هذه الدراسة في تحليل فعالية آليات الحماية الاجتماعية للأطفال في حالات الخطر.. Abstract Childhood is a sensitive stage that shapes a person's thinking and emotions. It has received great attention in Islam and international conventions, most notably the Convention on the Rights of the Child of 1989. Algeria ratified this convention in 1992 and has worked to strengthen child protection through a comprehensive legal framework, including Article 71 of the 2020 Constitution and Law 15/12 on the protection of children's rights. Nevertheless, child protection in Algeria still needs further development to face potential risks. The importance of this study lies in analyzing the effectiveness of social protection mechanisms for children in situations of danger. |
