ملخص:
يعد الصيد البحري من الأنشطة الحيوية ذات الأهمية البالغة على المستوى الاقتصادي والاجتماعي، إذ يساهم بشكل كبير في تحقيق الأمن الغذائي ويتميز هذا القطاع بجملة من الخصائص والأنواع المتنوعة إلى جانب توفر وسائل وتقنيات متطورة تسهل عمليات الصيد، كما يخضع لمجموعة من الشروط القانونية التي يتعين على الممارسين الالتزام بها، إضافة إلى إجراءات حفظ الثروات البحرية، ترافقها رقابة فعالة وعقوبات صارمة ضد المخالفين. وفي هذا السياق تهدف هذه الرؤية البحثية من خلال دراسة تحليلية وميدانية إلى تسليط الضوء على أهمية الصيد البحري ومساهمته الفعالة في رع الاقتصاد. Abstract: Marine fishing is a vital activity of great economic and social importance, as it contributes significantly to achieving food security. This sector is characterized by a number of diverse characteristics and types, in addition to the availability of advanced means and technologies that facilitate fishing operations. It is also subject to a set of legal conditions that practitioners must adhere to.In addition to marine conservation measures, these measures are accompanied by effective oversight and strict penalties against violators. In this context, this research vision aims, through an analytical and field study, to highlight the importance of marine fishing and its effective contribution to economic growth. |
