تعا قضية بضاية البيئة من أبرز القضايا الراىنة ، إذ تشكل برايا حقيقيا أمام المجتمع ومؤسستاتو، ويصعب برقيق بضاية فعالة للبيئة أو الإسهام الجاد في برقيق التنمية الدستتاامة دون تفعيل آليات وأدوات قانونية تكفل مشاركة الجميع دون استثناء، ويباأ ذللك من بسكتُ الأفراد من حقهم في الإعلبم البيئي وحقهم في الوصول إلى البيانات و الدعلومات البيئية ضمن إطار قانوني واضح، بدا يضمن الشفافية في القضايا البيئية ويعزز من شعور الدواطن بقربو من دولتو . Summary The issue of environmental protection is one of most prominent current issues , as it poses a real challenge to society and its institutions, achieving effective environmental protection or making a serious contribution to sustainable development is difficult without activating legal mechanisms and tools that ensure the participation of everyone without exception ,this begins with empowering individuals with their right to environmental information and their right to access environmental data and information within a clear legal framework ensuring transparency in environmental issues and enhancing the citizens sense of closeness to their state. |
