اﻟعصﺮ الحﺪﻳﺚ، ʮإن الحﻖ في بﻴئة صﺤﻴة وﺳﻠﻴﻤة ﻳعﺪ ﻣن أﻫﻢ قﻀﺎﻻرﺗﺒﺎطﻪ بحﻘﻮق ﺘﻤﻊ اﻟﺪولي ﻹﻧﺸﺎء المﻨﻈﻤﺎت اﻟﺪوﻟﻴة الحﻜﻮﻣﻴة وغير الحﻜﻮﻣﻴة لحﻤﺎﻳﺘﻪ وﺿﻤﺎﻧﻪĐʪ اﻹﻧسﺎن،ممﺎ دﻓﻊ ﺎل اﻟﺒﻴئي، ﻣنĐﻟﻸﻓﺮاد ﻓﻬي ﻋﺒﺎرة ﻋن ﺷخﺺ ﻣن أﺷخﺎص اﻟﻘﺎﻧﻮن اﻟﺪولي وﻟعﺒت دورا ﻫﺎﻣﺎ في ا خﻼل اﻷبحﺎث واﻟﺪراﺳﺎت واﻷﺳﺎﻟﻴب اﻟتي اﺳﺘخﺪﻣﺘﻬﺎ في ﺗﻨفﻴﺬ اﻻﺗفﺎقﻴﺎت والمعﺎﻫﺪات اﻟتي ﺗﻨﺺ ﻋﻠى حمﺎﻳة الحﻖ في بﻴئة ﺳﻠﻴﻤة، وﻫﻮ ﻣﺎ تم اﻟﺘﻄﺮق إﻟﻴﻪ في ﻫﺬﻩ اﻟﺪراﺳة. Abstract : The right to a healthy environment is one of the most important issues of the modern era, as it is linked to human rights, which prompted the international community to establish international governmental and non-governmental organizations to protect it and guarantee it to individuals. They are persons of international law and have played an important role in the environmental field, through research, studies and methods they used in implementing conventions and treaties that provide for the protection of the right to a healthy environment, which was addressed in this study |
