ملخص
في هذا العمل قمنا بدراسة نظرية حول الخصائص البنيويةااللكترونيةوالمغناطيسية للمادة تدعى نصف سبائك هوسلر على أساس نظرية ( FP-LAPW )من خالل طريقة الموجة المستوية المعززة الخطية الكامنة CoTiSb .)wien2k) ) نفذت في قانونGGA08 مع تقرب التدرج العام( (DFT)الكثافة الوظيفية الخصائص الهيكلية التي تم الحصول عليها تتفق مع النتائج التجريبية و النظرية المتاحة.من خالل لها سلوك شبهموصل. (CoTiSb) الخصائص االلكترونية نستنتج أن مادة Abstract: The electronic and magnetic structural properties of the CoTiSb semi-Heusler material were calculated by the full potential linearized augmented plane wave (FP-lapw) method based on density functional theory (DFT) with generalized gradient approximation (GGA08) implemented in the code wien2k. The structural properties obtained, such as the pitch of the grating, are in agreement with theexperimental and theoretical results available. From the electronic properties, the material (CoTiSb) has a semi-conductor behavior. Résumé: Les propriétés structurales électroniques et magnétiques du matériau semi-Heusler CoTiSb ont été calculées par la méthode des ondes planes augmentées linéairasées à potentiel plein (FP-lapw) basée sur la théorie fonctionnelle densité (DFT) avec l'approximation du gradient généralisée (GGA 08 ) implémentée dans le code wien2k. Lespropriétés structurales obtenues, telles que le pas du réseau, sont enaccord avec les résultats expérimentaux et théoriques disponibles. Àpartir des propriétés électroniques, le matériau (CoTiSb) a un comportement semi-conducteur. |
