ملخص الدراسة
تُبرز هذه الدراسة التأثيرات السلبية العميقة للنشاط الإنساني، وخاصة الحروب، على البيئة. فقد أصبحت البيئة مهددة بشكل متزايد بسبب استخدام أسلحة وأساليب قتال مدمرة، سواء تقليدية أو ذات دمار شامل، ما يؤدي إلى تلوث الهواء والماء والتربة ويؤثر مباشرة على صحة الإنسان والتوازن الطبيعي. فحماية البيئة لم تعد مجرد خيار، بل ضرورة وجودية وإنسانية تتطلب تفعيل آليات القانون الدولي الإنساني والبيئي، إلى جانب تعزيز الوعي الجماعي والإرادة السياسية لحمايتها، خاصة في زمن الحرب بالتقيد بمجموعة من المبادئ التي نص عليها القانون الدولي الإنساني Summary This study highlights the profound negative effects of human activity, particularly wars, on the environment. The environment has become increasingly threatened due to the use of destructive weapons and combat methods, both conventional and weapons of mass destruction, leading to air, water, and soil pollution, and directly affecting human health and the natural balance. The study clarifies that environmental protection is no longer a mere option, but a legal and humanitarian necessity that requires the activation of mechanisms from international humanitarian and environmental law, alongside enhancing collective awareness and political will to protect it, especially in times of war, by adhering to a set of principles outlined in international humanitarian law Keywords: |
