يعد الإصلاح الإداري أحد المتغيرات المؤثرة التي تتماشى مع الجوانب الحياتية للمجتمع إذ تعتبر أحد أهم المقاربات التي تهتم بتطوير الأداء المحلي وتعمل على تحسين الخدمات العامة المقدمة للفرد، بعد أن مر هذا الإصلاح بعدة مراحل قٌدمت من خلالها عدة مقاربات كتلك المتعلقة بالتسيير العمومي الجديد و إقتراب القيمة العامة الذي شمل معه المرتكزات الأساسية على مستوى التنمية المستدامة والحكم الراشد، كما يعتبر اقتراب الإدارة الإلكترونية أحد المراحل الأساسية والمهمة في الإصلاح الإداري الذي أعطى مخرجات إجابيه في مجال تحسين الأداء المحلي وتقديم الخدمات
Study summary: Administrative reform is one of the influential variables that are in line with the life aspects of society, as it is considered one of the most important approaches that are concerned with developing local performance and working to improve public services provided to the individual, after this reform has gone through several stages through which several approaches were presented, such as those related to the new public management and the approach of value The general public, which included with it the main pillars on the level of sustainable development and good governance, and the approach of electronic administration is considered one of the basic and important stages in the administrative reform, which gave positive outcomes in the field of improving local performance and providing services |
