Résumé: Les propriétés structurales électroniques et magnétiques du
matériau semi-heusler FeTiSb ont été calculées par la méthode des ondes planes augmentées linéarisées à potentiel plein (FP-lapw) basée sur la théorie fonctionnelle densité (DFT) avec l'approximation du gradient généralisée (GGA 08 ) implémentée dans le code wien2k. Les propriétés structurales obtenues, telles que le pas du réseau, sont en accord avec les résultats expérimentaux et théoriques disponibles. À partir des propriétés électroniques, le matériau (FeTiSb) a un comportement semi-métallique. Abstract: The electronic and magnetic structural properties of the FeTiSb semi-heusler material were calculated by the full potential linearized augmented plane wave (FP-lapw) method based on density functional theory (DFT) with generalized gradient approximation (GGA 08) implemented in the code wien2k. The structural properties obtained, such as the pitch of the grating, are in agreement with the experimental and theoretical results available. From the electronic properties, the material (FeTiSb) has a semi-metallic behavior |
