Abstract
This work is devoted to the promotion of the study of the of lattice vibrations model in a crystalline solid. We have used twoapproaches classical and statistical ones to present the theoretical aspect of this phenomenon. Also, numerical calculations in classical and ab initio way were performed to understand the phonon dispersion spectrum of different system. The comparative analysis of our study of a solid cubic via a matlab code was written. For this effect we show that the effect of the spring forces (electrostatic) of the nearest neighbors is similar to the effect of pressure on a solid. The calculation of the of the phonons dispersion in the AlAs compound under pressure is studied in the framework of the formalism of linear response via abinit code. We identified dynamic instabilities associated with the "softening" of acoustic modes in parts of the area Brillouin feeling corresponding to a phase transition. Comments were provided for analyzing in this phase transition in chemical bonds change language and their influences on the vibration modes of the AlAs dispersion spectrum. |
