الملخص:
تتناول هذه الدراسة تطور العلاقات الجزائرية الروسية في سياق التحولات الاقليمية والدولية التي يعرفها العالم منذ مطلع القرن الواحد والعشرين، لاسيما بعد الحرب الروسية الاوكرانية، عودت التنافس الدولي على افريقيا، قضايا الامن الطاقوي، التعاون العسكري الامريكي الجزائري، دور فاغنر في مالي وليبيا. وتستهدف هذه الدراسة، على وجه التحديد، البحث عن انعكاسات هذه التحولات الدولية والاقليمية الراهنة على مسار العلاقات الجزائرية الروسية وتحديد الثوابت من جهة والمتغيرات من جهة اخرى. Abstract : These studies examine the evolution of Algerian-Russian relations within the context of the regional and international shifts the world has witnessed since the beginning of the 21st century. This is particularly relevant in light of the Russo-Ukrainian war, the resurgence of international competition over Africa, energy security issues, Algerian-American military cooperation, and the role of the Wagner Group in Mali and Libya. Specifically, this study aims to explore the repercussions of these current international and regional transformations on the trajectory of Algerian-Russian relations, identifying the constants on one hand and the variables on the other |
