ملخص:
موضوعنا يتناول الآليات الدولية والوطنية لمكافحة الفساد في ظل تنامي هذه الظاهرة التي أصبحت تهدد الاستقرار المالي وحتى الأمني، وهذا ما أشارت إليه مختلف الدراسات القانونية منها وحتى الإجتماعية وفي هذا السياق كان لابد للمشرع الجزائري أن يتحرك إزاء هذه الظاهرة الخطيرة وهذا ما لمسناه من خلال مختلف الآليات التي استحدثها هذا الأخير خاصة تلك المتعلقة بإصدار سلسلة من القوانين وعلى رأسها القانون رقم06-01 المتعلق بالوقاية من الفساد Summary: Our topic addresses the international and national mechanisms for combating corruption in light of the growing phenomenon that has begun to threaten financial and even security stability, as various legal and social studies have pointed out. In this context, it was necessary for the Algerian legislator to take action regarding this dangerous phenomenon, which is reflected in the various mechanisms it has established, particularly those related to the issuance of a series of laws, foremost among them Law No. 06-01 concerning the prevention and combat of corruption. We must also not forget the institutions established by the 2020 constitutional amendment, including the High Authority for Transparency, Prevention, and the Fight against Corruption, the Central Office for Combating Corruption, as well as the Court of Accounts.
