تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعريف بالمشروع المجتمعي للجزائر الجديدة الذي يهدف إلى تعزيز مساهمة المجتمع المدني في الحكم الراشد باعتباره همزة وصل بين المجتمع و الدولة ألا وهو المرصد الوطني للمجتمع المدني الذي أنشأ بموجب التعديل الدستوري لسنة 2020 بهدف تقديم المشورة و إقتراح الحلول التي تساعد في نجاح العملية التنموية و تحقيق الديمقراطية التشاركية على جميع المستويات فهو هيئة استشارية لدى رئيس الجمهورية يتمتع بالشخصية المعنوية و الاستقلال المالي ويساهم في ترقية القيم الوطنية و المواطنة .
ABSTRACT: This studyaims to introduce the societalproject of the new Algeria, whichaims to enhance the contribution of civil society to good governance as a linkbetween society and the state, namely the National Observatory for Civil Society, whichwasestablishedunder the constitutionalamendment of 2020 with the aim of providingadvice and proposing solutions that help in the success of the development process and the achievement of participatorydemocracy at all levels. It is an advisory body to the President of the Republic, enjoyslegalpersonality and financialindependence, and contributes to promoting national values and citizenship |
