الملخص
أولا – باللغة العربية: عالجت هده الدراسة التلوث البيئي الدي يعد من أهم انشغالات المجتمع الدولي، إذ يُمكن اعتباره مشكلة عالمية عابرة للحدود في ظل التطور التكنولوجي الهائل وما يُصاحبه من آثار سلبية مُدمرة للبيئة وتوازنها، وأمام هذه التحديات، تسعى المنظمات الدولية كآليات قانونية مؤسسية باعتبارها من أبرز الفاعلين الدوليين في حماية البيئة وتحقيق التنمية البيئية المستدامة، ومن بين هذه الآليات الحكومية برنامج الأمم المتحدة (UNEP) الذي يعمل على توحيد السياسات البيئية عالميا بما يتماشى مع مبادئ الأمم المتحدة ونشر ثقافة الوعي البيئي.في نفس المنحى، نجد المنظمات الدولية غير الحكومية مثل منظمة السلام الأخضر التي تعتمد على ضوابط وقواعد متنوعة لتحقيق أهدافها والتي من بينها: التعبئة الجماهيرية، التأثير على المنافذ الإعلامية العالمية والتركيز على توسيع دائرة معارفها. إن كل هذه الجهود التي تباشرها كل من المنظمات الدولية الحكومية وغير الحكومية تأتي في إطار عدم إلحاق الضرر بالبيئة وعدم حرمان الأجيال المستقبلية من حقها في الحصول على بيئة سليمة. ثانيا – باللغة الأجنبية: This study dealt with environmental pollution, which is one of the most important concerns of the international community, as it can be considered a global problem that crosses borders in light of the tremendous technological development and the negative effects that accompany its that destroy the environment and its balance. In the face of these challenges, international organizations seek, as legal and institutional mechanisms, as they are among the most prominent international enablers in protecting the environment and achieving sustainable environmental development Among these government mechanisms is the United Nations Environmental Program (UNEP), which works to unify environmental policies globally in line with UN principles and spread a culture of environmental awareness. In the same vein, we find international non-governmental organizations such as Greenpeace that rely on various controls and rules to achieve their goals, including: mass mobilization, influencing global media outlets and focusing on expanding their circle of acquaintances. All these efforts undertaken by both international governmental and non-governmental organizations come within the framework of not harming the environment and not depriving future generations of their right to a healthy environment. |
