ملخص الدراسة :
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل أثر الحرب الإسرائيلية على قطاع غزة سنة 2023 على المنطقة العربية، من خلال دراسة أبعادها السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية والأمنية. وقد سعت الدراسة إلى فهم طبيعة التحولات التي أحدثتها هذه الحرب في بنية النظام الإقليمي العربي، ومدى انعكاسها على مواقف الدول العربية وعلاقاتها الإقليمية والدولية. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، من خلال تتبع مجريات الحرب وتحليل تداعياتها المختلفة، بالاستناد إلى مجموعة من المصادر الأكاديمية والتقارير الحديثة. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الحرب ساهمت في تعميق حالة الانقسام العربي، وإعادة طرح مركزية القضية الفلسطينية، كما أثرت بشكل واضح على الاستقرار الإقليمي من خلال تصاعد التوترات الأمنية وتزايد الضغوط الاقتصادية والاجتماعية. كما أبرزت الدراسة الدور المتنامي للإعلام والرأي العام في توجيه التفاعلات السياسية، إلى جانب استمرار تأثير القوى الدولية في تحديد مسار الأحداث في المنطقة. وفي ضوء ذلك، خلصت الدراسة إلى أن الحرب على غزة تمثل نقطة تحول في طبيعة التوازنات الإقليمية، مما يستدعي تعزيز العمل العربي المشترك لمواجهة التحديات الراهنة. Abstract (in English) This study aims to analyze the impact of the Israeli war on Gaza in 2023 on the Arab region, by examining its political, economic, social, and security dimensions. The research seeks to understand the transformations caused by this war in the structure of the Arab regional system, as well as its effects on the positions of Arab states and their regional and international relations. The study adopts a descriptive-analytical approach by tracing the course of the war and analyzing its various consequences, based on a set of academic sources and recent reports. The findings indicate that the war contributed to deepening divisions within the Arab world and re-emphasizing the centrality of the Palestinian issue. It also had a significant impact on regional stability through increased security tensions and economic and social pressures. Furthermore, the study highlights the growing role of media and public opinion in shaping political interactions, alongside the continued influence of international powers in determining regional dynamics. The study concludes that the Gaza war represents a turning point in regional balances, necessitating stronger Arab cooperation to address current and future challenges. |
