يواجه المجتمع الدولي ظاهرة الهجرة غير الشرعية ، أو ما يعرف بالهجرة غير قانونية أو غير النظامية. هذه الظاهرة التي أصبحت بمثابة حلم يراود فئة الشباب ، بغض النظر عن مساوئها وانعكاساتها عليهم وعلى أسرهم والمجتمع ككل، في ضل تنامي أطراف تساعد على الهجرة وهي فئة المهربين لا يهمهم العبث بأرواح بريئة أو نفسيات ضعيفة حلمها فقط الوصول إلى الضفة الأولى بعض النظر عن النتيجة . لذلك فظاهرة الهجرة غير الشرعية ليست مسؤولية المجتمع الدولي فحسب ، بل هي مسؤولية الجميع من الأسرة ومؤسسات تعليمية ومجتمع مدني . تزيد هذه إنعكاسات ظاهرة الهجرة غير الشرعية وتزداد المسألة أكثر تعقيدا في ضل ركوب فئة هشة ، فئة بريئة قوارب الموت ، يتعلق الأمر بالأطفال سواء كانوا مرفقين بذويهم أو بمفردهم، فعندما يتعلق الأمر بهجرة غير شرعية للطفولة فالأمر يزيد خطورة أكثر، خاصة بالنظر إلى ما يلحق هذه البراءة من إستغلال في أبشع صوره ، ما يحتم البحث عن آليات حماية لهذه الفئة. Abstract : The international community is facing the phenomenon of illegal megration , also known as irregular or unlawful migration . This phenomenon has become a dream pursued by young people, regardless of its disadvantages and consequences for themselves, their families, and society as a whole. It is fueled by networks of smugglers who care little about endangering innocent lives or vulnerable individuals whose only dream is to reach the other shore, regardless of the outcome. Therefore, the phenomenon of illegal migration is not solely the responsibility of the international community, but rather a shared responsibility involving families, educational institutions, and civil society. The repercussions of illegal migration become even more complex when vulnerable groups innocent children board “boats of death,” whether accompanied by their parents or traveling alone. When illegal migration involves children, the danger is far greater, especially considering the exploitation of their innocence in its most horrific forms. This makes it imperative to search for mechanisms to protect this group. |
