يعترب العقار السياحي ثروة قومية ديكن االعتماد عليها إلعادة بعث االقتصاد الوطٍت، فهو كائز التنمية اؼبستدامةعامل ؿبفز للنشاط السياحي واألنشطة االقتصادية اؼبرتبطة بو، وبالتايل أحد ر ، لذلك تعتمده الكث َت من الدولكثروة معول عليها يف القطاع االقتصادي ؼبا يوفره من مناصب عمل مباشرة و غ َت مباشرة، وؼبا يدره من عائدات تنافس مداخيل الكث َت من القطاعات األخرى، وبالتايل ال مناص من االستثمار فيو من قبل اعبزائر كوجهة اقتصادية ؼبا سبلكو ىذه األخَتة من أوعية سياحية طبيعية متنوعةواسعة و غ َت مستغلة ديكن االعتماد عليها كقاعدة للنهوض باالقتصاد الوطٍت، مع األخذ يف االعتبار ربقيق التوازن االجتماعي و البيئي، أي مراعاة التأثَتات اؼبستقبلية على البيئة و اجملتمعات احمللية. Abstract: Tourism real estate is considered a national asset that can contribute to reviving the national economy, as it stimulates tourism activity and related economic sectors, making it one of the pillars of sustainable development. Many countries rely on this sector because it creates direct and indirect job opportunities and generates significant revenues competing with those of several other sectors. Therefore, Algeria must invest in tourism real estate due to its vast, diverse, and largely untapped natural tourism resources, which can serve as a basis for boosting the national economy while ensuring social and environmental balance through consideration of future impacts on the environment and local communities. . |
