تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور الدبلوماسية الجزائرية في مجلس الأمن الدولي من خلال تحليل مختلف الآليات والممارسات الدبلوماسية التي تعتمدها الجزائر في إطار عملها داخل المنظمة الأممية، كما تسعى إلى توضيح مساهمة الجزائر في تعزيز السلم والأمن الدوليين من خلال دعم الحوار والتفاوض والحلول السلمية للنزاعات، والالتزام بمبادئ الشرعية الدولية واحترام سيادة الدول. واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من أجل دراسة مكانة الجزائر داخل مجلس الأمن الدولي وأهم مواقفها وتحركاتها الدبلوماسية في معالجة القضايا الدولية والإقليمية. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن الدبلوماسية الجزائرية تمكنت من تعزيز حضورها داخل مجلس الأمن من خلال تبني مقاربة قائمة على الدبلوماسية متعددة الأطراف والتشاور والتنسيق مع مختلف الفاعلين الدوليين، بما يعكس حرص الجزائر على دعم الأمن والاستقرار وتعزيز التعاون الدولي.
Abstract This study aims to highlight the role of Algerian diplomacy in the United Nations Security Council by analyzing the various diplomatic mechanisms and practices adopted by Algeria within the framework of its activities in the United Nations. It also seeks to clarify Algeria's contribution to promoting international peace and security through supporting dialogue, negotiation, and peaceful solutions to conflicts, while adhering to the principles of international legitimacy and respect for state sovereignty. The study adopted the descriptive-analytical approach to examine Algeria's position within the United Nations Security Council, as well as its major diplomatic positions and initiatives in addressing international and regional issues. The study concluded that Algerian diplomacy has succeeded in strengthening its presence within the Security Council by adopting an approach based on multilateral diplomacy, consultation, and coordination with various international actors, reflecting Algeria's commitment to supporting security, stability, and enhancing international cooperation. |
