الملخص
الابتزاز الإلكتروني هو جريمة تهديد وتشهير باستخدام الوسائل التقنية لنشر صور أو معلومات حساسة، بهدف إجبار الضحية على دفع أموال، أو القيام بأعمال غير مشروعة. ويشكل هذا الفعل اعتداءً مباشراً على حق الفرد في حماية حياته الخاصة وسمعته، بحيث تحرص التشريعات على تجريم الابتزاز لحماية خصوصية الأفراد، حيث تفرض قوانين مكافحة الجرائم المعلوماتية عقوبات صارمة تتضمن الحبس والغرامات المالية لكل من يهدد شخصاً لحمله على القيام بفعل أو الامتناع عنه. Cyber extortion is a crime of threatening and defaming by using technology to publish sensitive photos or information, with the aim of forcing the victim to pay money or perform illegal acts. This act constitutes a direct violation of an individual's right to privacy and reputation. Legislation criminalizes extortion to protect individuals' privacy, and cybercrime laws impose strict penalties, including imprisonment and fines, on anyone who threatens someone to compel them to perform or refrain from performing an act. |
