تتناول هذه الدراسة موضوع أثر التوجه النووي الإيراني على العلاقات الإيرانية–الغربية، حيث تهدف إلى تحليل طبيعة هذا التوجه والكشف عن انعكاساته على مسار العلاقات بين
إيران والدول الغربية. وقد ركزت الدراسة على إبراز الأبعاد السياسية والاستراتيجية للبرنامج النووي الإيراني، باعتباره أحد أهم القضايا التي أثرت في توازن العلاقات الدولية، خاصة في منطقة الشرق الأوسط. كما سعت الدراسة إلى تحليل طبيعة التفاعل بين الطرفين، حيث اتسمت العلاقات الإيرانية– الغربية بحالة من التذبذب بين التصعيد والتفاوض، تبعا لتطورات الملف النووي ومواقف القوى الدولية. وتم التطرق إلى دور العقوبات الاقتصادية والاتفاقيات الدولية، وعلى رأسها الاتفاق النووي لعام 2015، في توجيه مسار هذه العلاقات. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن التوجه النووي الإيراني ي عد عاملا حاسما في تشكيل العلاقات الإيرانية–الغربية، حيث يجمع بين كونه مصدر توتر دائم، وأداة تفاوض استراتيجية، مما يجعل هذه العلاقات رهينة لمعادلة معقدة بين الصراع والتسوية. This study examines the impact of Iran’s nuclear orientation on Iranian–Western relations, aiming to analyze the nature of this orientation and its implications for the evolution of relations between Iran and Western countries. The study highlights the political and strategic dimensions of Iran’s nuclear program, considering it one of the most significant issues affecting the balance of international relations, particularly in the Middle East. It also analyzes the dynamics of interaction between the two sides, as Iranian–Western relations have been characterized by fluctuation between escalation and negotiation, depending on developments in the nuclear file and the positions of major international actors. The study further addresses the role of economic sanctions and international agreements, especially the 2015 nuclear deal, in shaping these relations. The study concludes that Iran’s nuclear orientation represents a decisive factor in shaping Iranian–Western relations, as it functions both as a persistent source of tension and a strategic bargaining tool, placing these relations within a complex framework of conflict and compromise. |
