ملخص:
أن موضوع حماية المستهلك الإلكتروني أصبح يثير الكثير من الجدل مع التطور الهائل لشبكة الإنترنت، وكثرة استخدامها خاصة فيما يتعلق بعمليات الشراء والبيع فقد يصاحب عادة عرض السلع أو الخدمات عبر الإنترنت الكثير من المبالغة في الدعاية،ضف على ذلك جهل المستهلك لحقوقه وواجباته وكذا ضعف الوعي التقني والقانوني للمستهلك الالكتروني ،مما يجعل هذا الأمر يؤثر بشكل واسع على توجه المستهلك ،وقد يوقعه في مغالطة تضر بمصالحه ولهذا تأتي أهمية هذه الحماية من عدة جوانب رئيسية تسهم بشكل مباشر في حماية المستهلكين، وتعزيز الثقة في التعاملات الإلكترونية ، ووضع اطر قانونية وتنظيمية لحماية الأفراد من الجرائم الالكترونية، التي قد توثر على حقوقهم ومصالحهم في الفضاء الرقمي. Abstract : The topic of electronic consumer protection has become highly debated with the tremendous development of the internet and its widespread use, particularly regarding buying and selling operations. The presentation of goods or services online is often accompanied by exaggerated advertising. In addition, consumers' ignorance of their rights and obligations, along with their weak technical and legal awareness, significantly influences consumer behavior and may lead them into pitfalls that harm their interests. This highlights the importance of such protection from several key aspects that directly contribute to safeguarding consumers, enhancing trust in electronic transactions, and establishing legal and regulatory frameworks to protect individuals from cybercrimes that may affect their rights and interests in the digital space. |
