الملخص:
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور الرقمنة في تحسين أداء مؤسسة كوندور، حيث أظهرت النتائج التطبيقية للفترة (2017–2023) أن اعتماد الأنظمة الرقمية ساهم بشكل مباشر في رفع كفاءة الأداء المالي والإداري. فقد مكّنت الرقمنة المؤسسة من تحقيق السرعة في معالجة المعلومات، وتحسين دقة البيانات المحاسبية، وتعزيز الشفافية في عرض النتائج. كما انعكست الرقمنة إيجابًا على مؤشرات الأداء المالي مثل القيمة المضافة، فائض الاستغلال، وصافي النتيجة السنوية، مما يدل على دورها الفعّال في تحسين الأداء المؤسسي ككل. ومن خلال هذه التجربة يتضح أن الرقمنة لم تعد مجرد أداة مساعدة، بل أصبحت رافعة استراتيجية لضمان الفعالية التنظيمية، الكفاءة المالية، واستدامة الأداء في مؤسسة كوندور. Abstract This study aims to highlight the role of digitalization in improving the performance of Condor Company. The empirical results for the period (2017–2023) show that the adoption of digital systems has directly contributed to enhancing both financial and managerial efficiency. Digitalization has enabled the company to achieve faster information processing, improve the accuracy of accounting data, and strengthen transparency in financial reporting. Moreover, digitalization has had a positive impact on key financial performance indicators such as added value, operating surplus, and net annual result, demonstrating its effective role in improving overall institutional performance. The findings indicate that digitalization is no longer just a supportive tool but a strategic driver to ensure organizational effectiveness, financial efficiency, and sustainable performance within Condor. |
