Abstract ꞉
The recent scientific development in the field of biotechnology raises highly complex legal issues for the countries of origin of these technologies, due to their complexity and the rapid pace of discoveries and inventions, and for other countries due to delays in the legislative aspect or the complete absence of any framework in this field. In the context of globalization, which has encompassed the field of biotechnology, these technologies no longer recognize geographical boundaries, spreading across most countries of the world, including Algeria. Has the Algerian legislator regulated biotechnology? And has the Algerian legislator provided criminal protection for society in facing biotechnology that goes beyond bioethics? |
