Abstract: After the end of the Black Decade and the significant restoration of security and political stability in Algeria, the State's priorities shifted toward focusing on development issues and the challenges facing the national economy. Consequently, it created a set of programmes and policies aimed at achieving economic and social development, increasing the productive capacities of various institutions, and supporting the private sector, thereby contributing to capital mobilization and productive competitiveness. However, in the period between 2000 and 2025, Algeria experienced major challenges that hampered the process of real development, notably the volatility of oil prices on the world market and its repercussions on national income, ملخص 102 alongside the spread of corruption, which was directly linked to the former President's illness and a large vacuum in the institution of the presidency. This directly reflected on internal political stability, in light of a tense regional environment characterized by serious security crises in both Libya and Mali, and the stalemate of the Western Sahara issue. . Résumé: Après la fin de la décennie noire et le rétablissement tangible de la sécurité et de la stabilité politique en Algérie, les priorités de l'État ont eu tendance à se concentrer sur les questions de développement et les défis auxquels est confrontée l'économie nationale, mettant ainsi en place un ensemble de programmes et de politiques qui s'inscrivent dans le cadre de la réalisation du développement économique et social, l'accroissement des capacités productives des diverses institutions et le soutien du secteur privé, contribuant ainsi à attirer les capitaux et à atteindre la compétitivité productive. Cependant, l'Algérie a connu de grands défis entre 2000 et 2025 qui ont entravé le véritable processus de développement, dont les plus importants sont peut-être les fluctuations des prix du pétrole sur les marchés mondiaux et leurs répercussions sur les revenus algériens, en plus de la propagation de la corruption qui était directement liée à la maladie de l'ancien président et à un grand vide dans l'institution présidentielle. Cela s'est répercuté directement sur la stabilité politique interne, à la lumière d'un environnement régional tendu caractérisé par de graves crises sécuritaires tant en Libye qu'au Mali, et la stagnation du dossier du Sahara occidental. |
